Engineer Hala Al-dowaisan, Manager, project Dept, Al Dhow environment projects Company, subsidiary of Jiblah Holding Company, submitted working paper entitled "Why environment? Why B.O.T?".

It goes without question that environment plays significant role in terms of human, social, and economic aspects.  All environment components which are land, water, and air charavterize the basic elements which deemed very assential for humankind life.  Saying that, discussing the significant impact of the environment and aspect, from which it suffers, especially in Globalization era.
